Returns & Exchanges

Online Return Policy

At Sempiterna, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges only within 14 days of the order ship date.
We do not offer refunds.

Any items purchased at a discount, during sales, or marked as final sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

If your order was shipped, you have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return for store credit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • Free of damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Seasonal items

  • Lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty and apothecary products

  • Hats, sunglasses, and hair accessories

  • Items purchased with store credit

We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the purchase date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you request a return label from us, a $10 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged in a box or padded mailer.

Late Returns

Any returns received more than 14 days from the shipping date are not eligible for store credit or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
